miso lime chicken glaze


Feel free to adjust the seasonings to make it more sweet, salty, or sour depending on your preferences.

What You Need —

  • 1/8 C Miso Paste

  • 1/4 C Brown Sugar

  • 1/4 C lime juice

  • 1 stick of butter


What You Do —

  1. Mix everything besides butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.

  2. Once everything is dissolved add butter and melt.

  3. Brush over chicken and fish in last ten minutes of cooking. Return to oven to finsh cooking.
