We specialize in making food that is as good for you as it tastes! We offer 6 or 9 meal plans every week. You get either 2 or 3 portions of three unique meals. Make sure to place your order by 8pm Saturday for a Monday delivery.

Deliveries begin at 5pm Monday evening. We deliver within a three mile radius of 10026. If you live outside our radius other arrangements can be made- email us to find out.

Meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 4–5 days. They can also be frozen within the same timeline, depending on the dish.
